At DIDIKSchool2U, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We do not accept returns unless the item received is incorrect in size or has a defect.

2) The item is faulty or defective upon arrival.

Return Process & Shipping
Once the return request is approved, customers must ship the item back within 10 business days using a trackable shipping method at their own expense. DIDIKSchool2U is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during the return process.
Refunds & Replacement
If the return is due to wrong size or a defect, customers will receive a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after inspection.
